We require a $100.00 deposit within 2 weeks of making a reservation to hold the date for you. The remainder will be due one week prior to arrival date. We accept cash, money orders, or personal checks.

There will be a $25.00 service charge for any returned check. When we receive the deposit, you will be sent a receipt, pertinent information and a map for directions to the cabin.
In the event you cancel, we do not return the deposit we credit you with a $75.00 deposit and you have the rest of the calendar year (or 6 months from cancellation date) to rebook and use that deposit. We keep $25.00 for administrative fees
In the event you do not rebook within the calendar year the deposit is non-refundable and becomes null and void. No refunds are issued and no further record is kept.
No refunds are given once you arrive at the cabin for weather conditions, early departure, or change of plans..
